true, this is his first official solo, but he has earlier solo songs that are on bts albums, soundtrack for webtoon, song for FIFA world cup, and not oficialy realised songs on soundcloud. ❤

Another interpretation is that Jungkook said the Mv captured how he is okay with everything happening even during serious disaster because he got her by his side. I think that's so sweet too. About the girl, my interpretation is she just realize about it later that she wasn't alone and its okay to depend on someone during hard time and finally she accepted Jungkook.

I do like this version for what you said. However, I prefer the explicit because of what it represented. Not the lyrics themselves, but HIM. In K-Pop, they do things called "fan signs" (above and beyond what Western artists would call "fan meets" or those "VIP packages" at concerts). They interact with a group of fans...answer questions, sign posters, etc. It's pretty much more of a....mini-convention, really. Anyway, it is common for them to take requests to DO things...smile, "act cute", wave to someone, etc. and...when given clothing items, they put them on while they're on stage talking to/with the audience. At one of those fan signs, shortly after he became an adult, someone gave him a freakin BABY BONNET to wear. Being as idols are (usually) contracted to interact like that...well, yeah, he basically HAD to wear that ridiculous thing for the duration of that fan sign. To this day (he just turned 26 a little over a month ago), a lot of the fans STILL see him as that shy, "innocent", 15 year old "baby" he was when he joined the group. Thus, the explicit version is him saying "Hello? I'm a fully grown adult..." for the ARMY in the back who haven't quite gotten the memo yet. Unless one is asexual, obviously a grown man (hell, even a 15 year old, for that matter) is GOING to think about sex. That's just...life...normal hormones...but even after its release, most of the fans who baby him said that because it's in English, he didn't know what he was singing. No, he's not QUITE up to RM's level of fluency in English, but he IS one of the members who have been studying the hardest. Not too long ago, he even said if he didn't know what something meant, he'd look it up. (He did a LOT of research into Charlie Puth's songs back in the day.) So...for Seven...even IF he didn't know at first (which I find very hard to believe he didn't), by the time he went in to sing it, yep, he certainly DID know exactly what he was singing...and still chose to do it, because it was a "fun" song to him.

I love your interpretation and i think it fits with what Jungkook said himself. Although it is not a deep song lyrically it is really well produced and does get stuck in your head. I love his new release 3D as well. Lyrically again it is not deep but so catchy. Did you do Jin's solo?
