@@Chips553 The trip was a gift for Jimin at a time when the whole group was struggling. They had to get the okay from the members and Bang PD who were concerned for their safety (see the Book Beyond the Story). Jungkook suggested and planned the whole trip for Jimin after Jimin had spoken wanting to go to Japan for a holiday as he was jealous of his friends who had done so. Jungkook posted just before Jimin's birthday ending that year "it's not over yet" on twitter. A few weeks later they had the trip. Both Jimin and Jungkook filmed their trip and posted it, but Jimin didn't know that Jungkook was going to post this up on YT. It was a complete surprise. There are reactions from him about it in the Memories DVD from memory. In that one they also show Jungkook working on posting it up as a surprise. Namjoon also spoke about watching him edit it and keep it a surprise. There are a lot of interviews in 2017 and 2018 they did where both Jimin and Jungkook mention over and over again about the trip. Jungkook didn't do it as a "business". He did it to show his love and appreciation of the members. Yes, he got to practice something that he was very interested in, but if you don't love your subject then they wouldn't be as warm and caring as they are. You are the one disrespecting him and his bond with Jimin, Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hobi and Tae.

Helsinki winter package GCF is my absolute fave too. It is filmed in a town I call home nowadays so it is extra dear to my heart. Seeing them walking through historic Suomenlinna fortress is almost unreal. They unfortunately picked one of the worst years with the crappiest winter imaginable so what you see in the video is very rare for Finland:-) Your exclamation - of god these eyes - made me smile. Every time you guys are shocked at what time of night they're up at, I laugh. They have a normal pop star schedule. Unless they have to travel, the earliest they wake up is 12 noon. gcf tokyo will always remain the best one, jungkook himself said it was the only one which didn't feel like work and he could do what ever he wanted with it, Jimin didn't even know jungkook was going to post it, so we are seeing the most raw and natural version of him with jimin. Their tokyo trips is also so so so so so so special. The trip was arranged and booked for by Jungkook 2 weeks after Jimins birthday, and they mentioned in the BTS book that it was a trip they took when they both were feeling really overwhelmed and wanted to escape from everything, and they wanted to go without any staff or managers, and the other members and the company initially didn't want them to go, but they fought back and managed to, and they both said it was a trip they would never forget

Edit: gcf tokyo A business trip for commercial content and jikookers use it to save their sinking ship, jungkook himself said it was the only one which did feel like work and he couldn't do what ever he wanted with it, Jimin did know jungkook was going to post it, so we are seeing the most Pretend and act version of Jimin, Their tokyo trips are really trip work, The trip was arranged and booked for by the company, Jimin begged a lot to go with Jungkook, but Jungkook didn't wanted to and said he didn't want a main model. and they mentioned in the BTS book for fs that it was a work trip jimin took when he were feeling really overwhelmed and wanted to escape from everything, and they wanted to go with staff and managers, jungkook said he wanted V to go with him and the other members. the company didn't want them to go, because this trip is for fs, and they went and then Jungkook on stage in front of everyone said that there is no main model and that it is a business trip and it is not for Jimin. Only Jungkook allowed Jimin to go with him because he was not feeling well. He begged him a lot and tried to help his big brother. Since 2017, they have not gone anywhere together.

you've mixed up some of the timelines lol. the one in the USA, it was not the time when they filmed the crosswalk, that was in 2021 and that gcf was in 2018. the other one in saipan, that was not the time with jimin and tae's "beach, b*ch" iconic moment, that was in 2014 in thailand. that specific footage was familiar because you saw it in the guide to bts by taylor. also, the 3js one, you've already reacted to their mma 2018 performance so you've seen it already, that was the intro for idol. anyways, i'm glad you've watched gcf already. gcf in helsinki was my favorite too 💜

Jungkook has another video. It's not officially gcf but kind of a prequel. Not like any of the others. It's a bday gift for Yoongi. Very short so you guys definitely check it out.

even before gcf era this man was doing edits for members bday and posting it on youtube like in 2016 he made a suga bday edit using the then apple ad format it was sooo funny hope you watch that too and also theres a behind video from their comeback show where you see members doing their things and theres a very famous clip of jungkook getting frustrated while editing cause he didnt know what tae was saying its very famous in the fandom you should watch that too

The good thing about Jungkook's GCF is that it contains the schedules and trips with the members, including technical ones, so it's a particularly valuable video for fans. I like the natural look of the members through Jungkook's point of view.

That is so cute and smart that you have VHS recordings of your first dates together. I have an uncle that has some VHS recordings of all his kids growing up. He even has some of my family when they were younger and of me as a baby.
