The sofware for screen is crashing and my mouse malfunctions whenever the software is open. I have no choice but to force close the software👎🏻

I don't know if it will work for everybody, using less USB connection (bluetooth, wifi dongle) that eats up bandwidth fixed it for me but that is hardly a fix imo. I will try using powered USB hub and maybe that will fix the issue without the compromise in USB devices
