@@sabrarahimi7490 rice is our main meal...like we eat rice 3x a day or for some, twice a day...but more often, people in rural areas or people who work really hard(blue collar workers) they usually eat rice for breakfast, because this is where we get our carbohydrates...so it's 3x a day, everyday...like in my country, we have this saying, "rice is life"...but rice consumption depends from individuals and also country....the more side dishes, the less rice, but bottom line, we still eat rice 2-3x/day, everyday all year round.

She is not gaining weight despite her full plates but Samita is getting weight. That's the difference in the two young women chores
