I am doing lantern if the other jungler has no ganking potential because if you build lantern (feral) it will take time for you to complete 30 stack and for that you will not be able to gank and help your teammate early. so if the enemy jungle is aggressive, go to lizzard. if not like Warwick, Master Yi, Shivana build lantern (feral)
