Junior Apprentice Episode 5 - Part1

This episode sees the ultimate fight for survival as the remaining junior candidates battle it out for a place in the final.
An early morning phone call instructing the candidates to pack their bags leaves them guessing where they will be heading, and why.
As Lord Sugar briefs them that they're heading to the capital of Holland, Amsterdam, excitement brings the candidates together. But they're quickly brought back down to earth with the realisation that their business journey is almost at an end.
The candidates must meet with a selection of designers, all of whom have new design products that they hope to break into the UK market. The teams must select which products they think they can sell, then take them to two department stores set up by Lord Sugar, as well as selling to as many retailers as possible.
Under the watchful eyes of Nick and Karren, the teams vie to take the most money. One team works well together, but their highly priced and difficult to sell products begin to be problematic. On the other team there is a breakdown of trust, but their products seem to be selling.
But when the results are revealed in the boardroom there is a surprise in store from Lord Sugar...
For one team, a pass straight to the final. For those that remain, a gloomy prospect for one as Lord Sugar says: "You're Fired!".

I cannot believe how rude Emma and Zoe were to the designers - if you don't understand the function of a product you just ask and keep your opinions to yourself. I wouldn't have blamed the mood flame lady or dog bed man if they'd just walked out. As the team leader Arjan should have demanded better of both girls, especially as Emma's got away with too much aggression for too long now!

I felt kind of bad for the mood lighting lady, she looked really awkward from Zoe's teams outright rudeness. What, so she has to suck up to artists but inventors and other business people she can act like they're shit on her shoe?

Zoe has such an iffhand, dismissive air of hostility... the way she pouts condesecendingly at emma. At least on the senior apprentice, candidates have a slight justification for their arrogance in that they have achieved something- earned vast amounts of money and set up large and prosperous businesses... what has Zoe done... oh yeah she's potty trained :) that girl needs to get her head out of the clouds and be put into place.

To be fair, I don't think the people who are pitching their products are very well prepared. I mean, yes, the kids were rude in how they approached the question about what the function was, but being a person in retail and representing a product, you should know exactly what you're talking about.
