My Top 16: 16. United Kingdom- ehhh, I tried to know why some like it. But for me its offensively boring. The performance and her vocals are somewhat off putting 15. Croatia 14. Serbia- Montenegro 13. Sweden 12. Belarus- its cute, but never a winner. Pretty annoying. Except for 2011 my least favourite winner 11. Belgium 10. Romania 9. Russia 8. Norway 7. Latvia 6. Malta 5. North Macedonia 4. Netherlands 3. Denmark- other then 2004 I actually massively enjoy this one, guilty pleasure 2. Greece 1. Spain- second victory in a row would have been the only right outcome here. I say it here Spain is by miles my favourite country in JESC (in fact this one is not even my 2nd by them behind 2004). But still such a Masterpiece, his voice is so strong
