You never know what he’s going to come up with from week to week. One reason we love the channel!

What impresses me about Paul, at this time in his life, is the 'maturity' of his songs and composition. As you describe and demonstrate most eloquently. Always keen to watch your channel as you always show your passion for guitar and musical style. Power to your elbow.

@@2424rocket Do Junk and Maybe I'm Amazed sound like one big song? Nope. But, that's also some weird, illogical strawman interpolation you decided to make that has nothing to do with what I said, except the words "one long song."

Could you please do something by Tom Waits on acoustic? There is a disturbing lack of tutorials for his work on KZbin. I thought you did a great job with Jockey Full of Bourbon!!

Please have alook at a solo guitar version of So Sad from George's Dark Horse album Adrian. I'm quite good at matching the 12-string(?) arpeggiation but I'd love a clarification of those annoying time signature changes that make the choruses so damn hard to play along with! If you want to get jazzy give us Far East Man 🙃.

That lovely Martin and all things woodly lose water, oils and other vibration dampening 'volatiles' over time. Some guitar makers science up some torrefaction, cooking tonewood in an oxygen-free environment, to reproduce this effect quickly.

Definitely. Was written during this period. Its on the Esher demos recorded at George's house when they got back from India. Adrian's Martin has a very similar tone to Paul's.

Watch a lot of your videos and although they’re enjoyable there’s too much explanation and not enough playing. You should literally play a whole section and then go back and break it down. Too much talk and not enough playing… Play a few bars before you break it down.
@willlodge5386Ай бұрын
He does a complete play through at the beginning. And then having broken down a section puts it all back together again afterwards. The entitlement is strong with this one.
