some of those review also has a point tho, unless you landing some devastate card and charms combo, you will relize your run was already dead at some point of the game

@@chuuseikou2459 Although I am inclined to agree that some runs MIGHT be unwinnable, I think it is more likely that the people leaving those reviews are just playing the game incorrectly. If the game is truly unbalanced, how is Retro currently holding over a 70% win-rate?

@@Klayht RNG is too much of a factor. Many professional reviews and Steam Reviews have pointed this out. Assuming that negative reviews are coming from people who are playing incorrectly is unreasonable. Unless, of course, you have data that I don't have.

Unfortunately for 18:30, the durian charm also removes any multi strike the card may have, only it’s health, attack and counter remain. On the positive other effects can be added later on, like new charms, allies or enemies

If true then they should make the text more clear since Ink also interacts with effects (silence instead of remove) but does not do anything to frenzy (1:14:02).

Durian charm + Plinker = God mod, 1 turn cd, 7 atk and no more losing scrap

1:09:45 Play by play -Using the Supersnower triggered the Blundertank 2x and because 2 junk were destroyed Nom & Stompy countdown went down 2 as well as Kreggo getting +2 atk. -Blundertank killed Warthog (thank you Flask of Ink) which lowered N&S countdown to 0 killing the Hog and gave Kreggo another +2 atk. -Top row Hogs attacked Booshu for 4, Booshu kills first Hog reducing N&S countdown and +1 to Kreggo's atk. -Tootordion triggered Booshu to attack again killing another Hog Skipped the healing triggers, but I think I got everything of importance lol.

My guess is it’s because it took it a turn for the code to realize “oh I need to attack my friends” because by the time the 3rd attack was going through already is when the haze applied to it

Gotta sack your entire team except the hero for that Moko achievement. It’s rough. I did it on shademancer run to only lose summons. Love how you play this game! It’s super hard so far and yet your experience in the genre almost makes it look easy. Superb as always and this has not only quickly become my favorite series of yours but also a favorite game I had to buy

I was lucky and got it on a shroom run on my third ever run. Kinda sucks cause now my final boss is too hard since I have a the shroom guy who stacks shroom when hit, has shells and strike back… so I’m screwed until I get another god run

Well not necessarily the whole team, if you can stack enough scrap on a clunker he can take the whole flurry of blows by himself.

@@koopastroopoh yea same got an insane clunkmasters run where I had someone attacking for 7 damage every turn with a mimik with only one item (excluding the mimik) setup and but the rest isn't the best so hopefully I can beat that team with a good teeth or snow run

I love using clunkmasters because the utility from clunkers along with a certain base 3 cooldown 5 base damage character that can easily be buffed to attack every turn for 7 with the right two cards

Still prefer shademancers because teeth builds with noomlin summon cards are fun for free cannon fodder if you need it

As someone who picked up this game after watching you play it a couple times, I can safely say the game doesn't deserve the review hate it's gotten. Now, do I agree that it's hard? Yes, definitely. Is it impossible? Not at all. I managed to clear the Heart of the Storm on my first try while the total true clear count was 2.9% of the playerbase. (leader with Apply 3 Snow, Booshu, and Berrie. Also Kernal, but he died EARLY in that fight) There are some runs that just feel doomed to fail due to getting lousy leader rolls, but when you get a god run going, it feels AMAZING to play. But, even in a god run, you still need to stay on your toes and not screw up, or you will throw your whole run, as I've done a few times, haha.

Actually copying king moko with shade wisp as shademancers, and freezing the actual enemy, untill your summoned one attacks counts for achievement.

While I do believe that some of the daily runs could be / are cheated, I think it is important to realize that you can get infinite Bling (money) in some places and because that counts towards the score that could be some of it.

A simple fix for cheaters is to have their score only show for them and it doesn't get counted on the global score list. The best part of this fix is that they wouldn't know that their cheating has been caught unless they checked the global score list from an account that hasn't cheated.

Eh, nah it is fine because of the fight it is in. King Moko can bring any unit at 0 attack to 5 instantly. It would be awful in any other fight, but that isn't possible.

Crowning a Bom Barrel is ridiculous though. You're allowed to play the junk on the first turn as long as something else that's crowned or your hero haven't been played. So assuming the Bom Barrel doesn't have any charms on it, it'll still do 16 free damage before the turn even starts out. 4 damage 4 times too, so you can split the damage however you want. Sometimes you can clear the board before you even draw a hand xD

Yea generally they are the weakest but the utility from the clunkers are great and can keep a run going such as a clunker that gives barrage to every ally in a row with a 7 stack ally and a mimik
