How very special Janet is this video. It was a lovely journey. I replayed some of it without looking at it so as to listen to all of the background sounds. Just so relaxing. The final images of the moss and seed pods and beauties of nature reminded me of Shannon’s project where she mentions “Take Joy in the Ordinary”. Thank you again Janet.

Oh Beth thank you so much, I have been making ATC’s and the little ransom letters fit so well. Can you believe I did the mirror maybe 15 years ago and it hasn’t faded ! that’s were the decopatch paper although expensive is good, when I have used tissue paper it tends to fade. I just love the idea of ransom letters in journals Janet. I don't have patience to make my own box so I'll see if I can thrift something to use. In the meantime I guess I could cut out letters and put them in envelopes. At least it's a start. Thanks again for such wonderful inspiration!

That paper from Trudy looks so beautiful, and the gold leaf adds such a magical touch! ✨ Looked so relaxing to create as well. I’m glad your friend had Google Maps to help when you got a little lost on your walk - perhaps the forest fairies were being playful and playing some tricks on you both? 🧚😉 The green moss is so lovely, always nice to see it even in winter when there aren’t many colors in the forest. Janet as soon as I saw the little box I knew what was coming. It’s super cute. I know you will enjoy filling it up. Love the woods. If we can work out what moss? Litchen? It is we can see what colour dye it would make. I have my mums college plant based dye book as she studied textiles. Owning silk worms spinning wool and using a loom and of course plant dyes. Oh your mirror is so beautiful. I went through a decoupage phase in my 20s so fun. I remember making a bedside table full of angels Love the idea of the box for random letters super fun project 😊 oh you know what I have a box the same as your small one with 9 slots I think I’m going to make one of these using numbers then all you need is 9 spaces . Perfect I can use them in my art journal ❤😊 I’ve started crocheting a mandala. These are going to become my new addiction 😊

Hi Carla the little one was a gift from my son it had little wooden letters in for stitching. If you haven’t got one it would be possible to make one from card ( bit fiddly though ) there is a link in the description to my video making the big one ❤️ let me know if you need more help.
