I do use many of the things I have. I’m 72 and I have been collecting things since I was 12. I still have some of the first stationery that was gifted to me. Thank goodness I haven’t kept eveything. This is a great round up of ideas for using brown paper, Kate. Thank you. Something I've done with brown bags (ones that have a slight shine on one side, like pharmacy bags) is stamp with distress ink and spritz with water in places. Let it run and bleed, then dry. Great for collage, layering, etc. It doesn't work on bags that absorb the ink too fast. Belinda 🙂

I like how you backed the roses die cut. I stabilizes the die cut so it can't tear. I never thought to fold over the edges. I like your messy look. It looks old and distressed.

I love brown paper. I really liked the embossing on the brown paper. I saw a piece that you embossed. Could you tell me who makes it and/or what the name of the folder is? The one that grabbed me the most was the folder that had rows of different design. It's at 10:56 in the video.
