I love your box and tag kit. A couple of ideas for a theme box, steampunk, Valentine's Day, a floral set, and maybe a beautiful bird set! Now I'm excited to make some!

It is an interesting concept neatly packaged. I would love a gift like the tag set. Somehow when we are given items that we did not pick, our brain is challenged in a good way. 🔖

I'm so glad you like the concept! And I agree, it's exciting when we are gifting with things we would not have picked for ourselves (but only when we like them, and not ugly socks lol!)Thanks for watching.

Love this idea. Great for a gift. Do you sell them currently anywhere? Also I am the "craft grandma"(never too young to create😊😊So last time we were together I made bunch of blank tags. We added paper scraps, lace and ribbon, letters and other embellishments. The kids had blast creating their own tags(3 each) and used them as bookmarks

That's a great idea "craft grandma"! Crafting with the granbugs is a real treat! You can contact me directly Eva about the boxes. I will be selling them at the Church in Bryanston (near London) and hope to make more for my new Etsy Shop (White Ruby Keepsakes). But you know where to find me!

I love this idea. Do you think it possible to create a small box like this and include a ready made cover (not embellished) some pages, tags etc for the new crafter. It would be a small journal but if you include simple instructions, with links to your videos I think it’s an easier way for someone new to get started with a basic journal ?

Yes!!!! I've made "junk journal starter kits" with a simple "empty" journal and all the goodies to go with. I included my links on a business card. I think a great idea would be to include a QR code with a short explanation video, visible on the package, that way a potential customer could take a quick look on their phone and hopefully be encouraged to purchase the kit and give junk journaling a try.

@@ravenvintageca that's a great idea about the QR code! Do you find that the tag kits and beginner kits sell well Kathy? (sorry I'm not sure of the spelling of your name). Good luck with your channel. I have subscribed and will be watching more of your videos. I'm yet to have the courage to start a channel but would love to. I hope you have great success 🌷

It's hard to say what sells as far as physical products. I mostly concentrate on digital sales. I have sold quite a few finished journals (as custom orders mostly). I think the smaller ticket items like the kits and the DIY tags would do well as a lower price point, at craft fairs for example. Thank you for subscribing and watching! I appreciate it! If you are wanting to start a channel try practicing some videos that you never intend to post. Most of us don't know how we sound until we hear ourselves recorded - are we slow talkers, do we talk too fast, do we say ummmm a lot? I would say practice some short videos without posting them, just to get comfortable. Then practice your set-up. I have a hard time staying in frame! I'm working on it! I have washi tape on my desk to remind me but I forget to look at my washi tape! LOL!
