I’m told those Whitman tell-a-tale books are pretty collectible. I don’t really find them but I also don’t really look. I guess you could try steam for removing the library pocket. I use Goo-gone for sticker remnants but idk how you’d get it on the sticky part on the envelope to release it from the book. Steam/heat is my idea. Great haul!

Thank you for the steam tip LeAnne! I will try that. I think I have several vintage books in my collection that have library pockets. I better look up the value of the Whitman book before I dig into it as it’s in good condition. 😊 Thank you my friend!!❤️

Love that A To z book! So cute! And that 60s book…drool! And yes, agree with Leanne - steam, hold it over a kettle’s spout but be careful as steam burns can be brutal.

Great tip on the steam from a kettle, Joni! I don’t have a clothing steamer so my wheels were turning. I will be careful too!!😊 I knew you would enjoy the children’s books as we share a love of them. Thank you my friend!!❤

I agree thatmthe A to Z book was my fave because the graphics were when I was growing up. So good! Those transperancies are also a great find. Wish we had a Savers where we live.😂🩷

It would be good to have a Savers but can also be dangerous.😂 I limit myself to just a couple trips per month. Last time I went, I left empty handed which was maybe good. 😁😉 We will be doing a fun project with those transparencies soon. Crafty hugs Tammy!!❤️

Hi Gigi! I’ve been a book magnet the last several months. Probably because I went off my “no book buying plan” from earlier in the year. 😅 Thank you for watching and commenting. 💓

I have and have sold the A to Z book and it’s one of my favorites. Mine is in really bad condition but that makes it easy to create with. Hugs! And thanks for sharing.

Hi Angela! Thank you for watching and commenting. 💓 I can see why A to Z is one of your favorites…it’s so adorable. I’m still trying to decide if it goes into my library or gets crafted with. 😊
