Looks to me like Fort Louis just south of Dunkirk. The curvy road above the fort matches the shape of the Rue de Boernhol.

@@Kalvinbal Hmm, maybe? But in the footage it has 3 of its bastion islands intact, where the present day fort only has 2, but there obviously has been a lot of landscaping done to convert it to a park.

Could be wrong, but this looks like Dunkirk, at least from around 1:37 in the video. That might explain all the ships moored up at the breakwater. Suspect the Ju87's might be from 5.St.g 2, which had an angry penguin, as it's emblem. The wing tips of which seem to match the partial emblem, on the side of the Stuka, in the bottom left of the shot of the pilot in his cockpit, at 0:05. That's just a best guess though.

Indeed! The problem is in those days recording video and audio had to be done on separate machines, and it was often too cumbersome to carry, set up and use them both, as bulky as they were. So it was not common to do so.
