Ok, i have a 280z so i know about how to get parts if you need them. Craigslist, ebay, forms and facebook market place is good to start for smaller things. For body panels look at pick a parts and salvage yards because you can get both fenders and headlight buckets for 100-150$. Diffs go for like 50-60$. Dont be scared of rust, they all have them. My z probably is going to be scraped because the rust is just too much. Main structural parts of my z is compromised. The rails are basically gone. The back fender wall is gone. Check for rust in the wheel wells, rails, rear light area, water drain, battery area, floors, transmission tunnel, and fuel pump area. These areas are known to rust. GOOD LUCK!

You should dig in to it, make there there is nothing majorly wrong with the body. then once you have everything it needs figured out. Do a render of your dream car and build it in reality. Either way I'm subscribing and make sure the dog is there every step of the way.

There’s a 240z at an antique car shop and I’ve fallen in love with it, but the body has rust and holes in it. The front looks like it’s been crashed, the engine is missing and it has plants growing inside of it. It’s my dream car and I don’t care if it’s a lawn ornament at this point, but the condition is so bad. The owner of the shop is selling it for 1,800. It’s imported from Japan and still has all the writing in Japanese on top of that it’s right hand drive. Idk I know it’s a bad idea but I want it so badly lol
