Ok someone trying sell a 95 with 27000 I don't trust that. Can it be faked?

Its low miles not due to the rust, but the awful engine in it. The shitport in these cars are terrible. I've had a friend who's escort dropped the 4th valve seat, Mines about to detonate too. Terrible engine, and the trans isn't all that much better. I've owned 2, when its running good its great, but damn does it have loads of electrical probs.
