I got such feels through your video. My first Junoon concert was when I was 5. Second, (not exactly a concert) was a talk at Karachi Literatur Festival between Salman Ahmed and Amin Hashwani. Rightly explained as back then (in our childhood), we only liked the guitar, the vocals & the sufi+modern music fusion from Junoon, only later did we understand how deep those songs actually were. As much goosebumps one (90s kids) gets watching Junoon on KZbin, I can image becoming chicken skin in the concert itself.. Amazing & much needed concert (reunion). Bravo Irfan for the video.

I dont think any pakistani band performing live could garner such a crowd, i went for the dubai concert and it was just mesmerizing. There were alot of people from other nationalities as well. We sang each and every song along with the band. Ali ran, jumped and perhaps did his workout for the year whilst trying to entertain us crowd but his voice did not waver even once. I think as an expatriate, it was for the first time after a long time all the pakistanis felt so united, so patriotic, so charged as one living body. Even after the concert had ended, people were singing azaadi song as they headed towards the entrance and then naraa takbeer. Even PSL in dubai never welled such emotions.
