I have owned the Junsun V1 Pro for around 2 weeks and these are my experiences of this unit over that time

It looks like the interface for most of these Chinese head units is the same. Apart from the home screen, all the bulit in apps, like bluetooth and radio, pretty well look identical to Xtrons and Eonon branded units. How do you find the performance? Loading maps and other applications I mean. Do they tend to be slow, or does it load fairly quickly?

Hi, I just got mine installed today and I love it. Only thing that bothers me is the crappy crash cam app, I don't have an option for adas or anything, not even video settings What are you using to control it?

the Dashcam that came with mine supported ADAS, but it was crap.. failed to detect lanes, but most of all when i turned off Voice Over, it will still do a voice over... So i just put a micro SD Card in to it and left it at that and uninstalled the ADAS software (that was a pain to install anyway)

Hey Rick. Great video! One of the main reasons I went for the Junsun V1 Pro myself. I've got a question regarding the included reverse camera. Was there an app you needed to install to get it to work? I've got it wired up according to the sellers instructions and when I pop it into reverse, the camera doesn't show. Thanks in advance!

Nar I didnt need any extra app When I put my car in reverse it auto switch's to a the reverse camera and overrides the android side of things Like I can't even turn the volume down via the hardware buttons while in reverse

If it didn't set automatically, which I'm sure it did for his stereo. You can add it in agama by swiping to the right and bring up the 4 + icons.

Well I've got to ask, your headunit looks and sounds like what I've got in mine from ebay. That bluetooth screen is identical to mine. Have you ever tried hooking up a video game controller with the bluetooth? I've tried an official xbox one and a nimbus steel series. Both attempt and appear to pair. But don't list on the side

@@rickstechrepairs yeah I have what looks to be the exact same model of stereo. But don't think it's the same brand, even though its nearly identical. I'm willing to bet it is the same, just not sold by the same distributor. If you get a chance, can you try pairing a controller of some sort via Bluetooth. I'm super curious to see of you updating made the bluetooth function better. But yes I was referring to the v1 model. Is there a page on the head unit itself that confirms which version is installed?

Hello, on my radio it is entering settings, car infotainment, swc, there, you choose the function you want to pair and press, when it flashes you press the corresponding button on the steering wheel of the car. I hope it is useful to you.

I got this radio. There is no way to turn off this radio except for unplugging the car battery. Pretty pissed off that I bought it.

@@carlosbarreto4695 I don't drive my car a lot during the pandemic, so I don't use it a lot. The radio app seems to be fine. Today, however, I had some troubles starting the iGo navigation, it took my a couple of minutes to make it work again. As for the charging problems, I had contacted the seller and I was told to disconnect a yellow cable. Now the radio turns off as soon as I pull out the ignition key. Also, as a gift, I got a rear camera that is utter shite and almost never works.
