Post your memories, go on. Mine is playing this with my childhood's best friend, 14 years ago. We would usually go to his house and play this game for hours and hours, making animals go wild and bunch of weird ideas. We would discuss about this game and anecdotes on school too. We were absolute FANS. I would even read all the FAQ pages, being 6, barely knowing how to read. We would have our favorite animal discussions (mine being the Okapi), talk about expansion pack ideas, and whatever crossed our minds. Best days of my life. Still hanged out with him all these years, we barely remembered those days. Time passed away, last year he got brain cancer. I wanted to play this game with him, but you know, money is not the same as when you are a kid. He passed away a month ago, and those memories are only mine today. This game and Spore really got us together, and this music sends me to other place. I miss you, Gianluca. Thanks for all those days.

im so sorry for your loss. My memories involve being young and discovering mods for the first time and being amazed by the results. i wish i could get the ultimate collection digitally. we have the disk, but it is in an old computer and most modern pcs dont have disk drives for whatever reason..

Jason Voorhees it’s PC only, so as far as optimization goes it should be similar or improved upon from planet coaster. Jurassic World Evolution in my opinion was an outlier for the studio as they were heavily restricted by Universal to create Universal’s game, not Frontiers game. Also JWE had to be dumbed down to fit well on consoles which sacrificed PC specs we were hoping for from planet coaster

Jurassic World Evolution was a decent game, it was a worthy successor of JP Operation Genesis IMO. Zoo Tycoon 2013 was an affront to the name, I don't even consider it a Zoo Tycoon game

Ah man, I remember my favorite memory from this game was when I would close a bare zoo, put a bunch of wolves, moose and bears on the forest biome to simulate a natural environment and I would go on first person mode and roleplay as a wolf alongside the other animals, good times.

Zoo Tycoon series was a hit under Microsoft directives. After the contract with MS ends, Bluefangs went shit. Now we have 2 shitty spiritual games on the name of Zoo Tycoon. both are nothing compared to original series. I miss that time.
