Uranus doesn't have values in Vedic astrology !!! It's a decent combination - the retro Jupiter and ketu in the 10th house if your profession is related to spirituality....moving toh 9th house in chalit means you may go the spiritual path ..and higher learning path ..that is going to be beneficial for you.
