So basically all of our Mercurial minds who want to discern and categorize can also be where all the judgements and separation come from. Mercury and curiosity is key. Every time I have some thought or idea about something or someone I just see where it’s in opposition to something else! Like being annoyed at someone who isn’t kind is me not being kind to that person. It’s a trickster game for sure! He’s really a boomerang. I’m just happy when I catch myself! 😂😂 this will be an interesting year. They all are in their own special way.

Reflection of Gemini ♊️ in my 6th house. Combining with the 2 past talks on Jupiter in Gemini and tracking transits… I notice a newness of perspective sets in which requires open-mindedness: 2012-2013: Moved to Singapore living in a traditional Arabic neighbourhood. Getting deep encounter with Hinduism. 2000-2001: Leaving a Chinese intensive education setting to fully embrace British education. Now: Moved to Portugal. Meeting people from part of the world that I never encountered before - Brazilian, South American, Norrh African etc.

Thanks Adam for this very open- minded interpretation. I have Jupiter in Gemini and since I began learning astrology, couldn’t explain the bias, the misunderstanding, the superficiality and the prejudice taught by astrologers from all different traditions about this placement. Luckily today you finally brought it home for me. Let me also add that Jupiter in Gemini is a superb placement for astrology scholars , since it combines the energies of the messenger of gods with the knowledge of astrology possessed by Jupiter.

Fantastic. The cocksuredness of our current American "openmindedness" (both Left and Right) seems to me to be actually sheer panic in the face of change, instability, transition, transformation, --a panic made worse by an epidemic of narcissistic weakness in our sense of self requiring constant reassurance. Its screams of a deep seated sense of insecurity, even danger. So reassurance rather than polemics, may be a better way to engage the panic.

So is it normal for me to be having a lot of stuff being revealed to be during this transit? Because I'm already finding out so much stuff from others (literally from them) that I did not know was a secret/lie and have been put in the strange position of telling them "this is a bad idea" or "you really need to tell them the truth", or even "dude, that's really messed up and you need to tell them the truth." And it's all really gnarly stuff. And I know that there are some gray areas sometimes, but this is like really whack stuff.

Imo, there’s a very fine line between not being a knower + acting despite knowing you’ll never 100% know bc to not act, is to allow injustices to continue to occur. But I have a strong Mars + studied international politics, so of course I’d say that🤣 In all honestly tho, I always appreciate that you acknowledge that we all have different orientations + strengths, + that ultimately, one orientation/inclination isn’t better than the other. It’s not about hierarchies… there’s wisdom in all of the zodiacal signs (which aren’t really separate, but in a dynamic), + staying curious about that means we’ll continue growing. Bc we’re open to it. I’ve learned so much about the deeper spiritual significance of the system of astrology from you, and that feels v on brand for this Jupiter-Mercury discussion. Personally, I’ve also noticed a ramping up of people getting curious about what they’ve been told by politicians (esp on TT)-people are poking holes in rhetoric and theories (s.g., what does it mean to live in a democracy? Are we actually in one? What do I want my govt to do for me + others?) by showing concrete evidence that makes people question their political beliefs. I don’t bring this up to ‘discuss politics,’ just to show that it’s really interesting to see people *question* what they’re being told en masse by bringing data to the table. I’ve seen way more people showing proof/data than just speaking from a knee-jerk place of emotion. That feels so on the nose for Jupiter-Merc!!!

Enjoyed this podcast. For me, the part about openindedness reminded me of that personality test we took as psych nurses. The more left brained type is, as extreme example, an emergency dr., as he has to quickly collect the info. and make a quick, life altering decision based on what he has. The more right brained never quits gathering information, and can have more trouble being decisive, so would do better in a job utilizing more creativity, rather than being constantly decisive. I was on the right brained side near the middle, and never tire of studying and learning. Your classes sound awesome, but am already engrossed in other spiritual studies, healing and development. These podcasts help alot. I see the dark and light as a part of the pjysical world and that the spiritual is only light and love at the highest level, our real home. We only need the dark for learning lessons, from when we strayed from truth in the past. Found more value in ego, rather than light. And the ego is our self made illusion, so finding our way out of the darkness would be finding our way out of a maze we wove over eons of life times. I think many are waking up to this now, with so many teachings available, and the sheer number of people communicating with the dead, having Nde's, and spiritual insights from meditaion, contemplation, and spiritual journeying.❤ That may be why some are irritated when they hear," love and light", because it just means, like, " greetings, or love, from the highest heaven which we remember together", and is our yrue home. Once u remember, one doesn't forget. It's not superficial, but mabey not of this world, 🌎 and means, " beyond the density/ illusion. Similar to Namaste. It nust sounds more understandable to me. I’m a Sag ♐️ rising with 5 planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus) in Gemini ♊️ in the 7th House. This is a talk and a topic I really would like to disseminate. This oppositive way of feeling through Life and Death are so true for me, I literally wrote a whole album with it as the conclusion. EVERYTHING is legitimate: including your pain, your failures, your pettiness, your unjustifiable suffering, it’s all included. And if you truly love Being, you are open to it. Especially your tie-ins to Taoism - they’re spot on. “the shape of a situation” is very well-worded. This is also like the Book of Job. Totality is beyond us until we stop trying to “see” it and we submit to experience.
