Also, I found it interesting that 4 Aquarius rising astrologers that I know all focus on traditional astrology. You , Lori Lothian, Chris Brennan and me LOL) Perhaps this is our traditional ruler Saturn interfacing with our modern ruler Uranus which rules astrology. I studied Placidus astrology since I was about 9 years old and it never really resonated with me as much. I was born far north and I have crazy interceptions.

yeah, quadrant houses get rough at extreme latitudes. I've have the chance to read for extreme latitude charts only a handful of times. And it feels like whole sign should not work, but man it really does! I like to think all types of astrology and metaphysics are right in some regard and have something to offer, like how GPS triangulates. But yeah! houses are weird! Thanks for tuning in : )

Yeah... to be frank. Jupiter, especially in a night chart or in tough condition can bring problems. I don't get into this unless I see the whole chart, but sometimes growths are unwanted and require medical attention. And sometimes Jupiter is seeking of knowledge... bc there's a medical problem.

Jupiter as liberation! I was fired from a toxic nonprofit job day of the Full Moon. I felt so much relief even though I now need a job to pay my bills. I feel a sense of trust and protection. The Full Moon was in my first House, square Mercury in my 10th House. And Jupiter is currently in my 6th House of labor.

Gemini rising here. My “day job” has run me into the ground and straight into burnout over the past year and a half. So, as of the 5th of June, I’m jumping ship to go full time freelance. I originally thought I was going to be poor for a while as I built up my client base, but interest and contracts have been rolling in and it’s looking like I will be better off financially freelancing than from my regular job…but I’m worried I will accidentally take on too much client work and end up right back where I started on the burnout spectrum. Heh. Sometimes the astrology feels quite literal. 😅

I am specifically examining *the square* between Jupiter and Saturn in this instance. This is why the title says (square Saturn in Pisces), because this is the particulars I focus on. Saturn dips out of Pisces in May of 2025, cutting the sign-based square off short of June. There is two weeks between Saturn entering Aries and Jupiter leaving Gemini. I should add that at this point, there will again be a square between Jupiter and Saturn, but it will be across Aries and Cancer, which is an entirely different animal that I will discus next year. After that, Saturn will return back to Pisces making a trine with Jupiter who will then be in Cancer.

Informative explanation. I have a question. Jupiter is on 11th house that means is the joy of Jupiter (Good Spirit) but also on Gemini cusp that means detriment. How do you explain this condition of Jupiter?

Excellent question. We mix the different conditions. You are correct, Jupiter is in detriment, so Jupiter's significations (order, truth, growth, inspiration, friends) could be inconsistent or less dependable. BUT if Jupiter is in your 11th house, Jupiter is in their joy and so I think some stability gets re-introduced back into the equation. So perhaps the detriment condition will be softened a bit by the Joy condition, and they will be more consistent or reliable in their significations than we would expect if it was just Jupiter detriment and not in their joy.

Paused at 2:25:30 to say, as a taurus rising who recently took on the treasurer role in my union (at willy st coop, woop Madison) I am learning new things, learning how to set healthy boundries around work based commitments in my peer groups. Ha! Ive even been way better at not pulling out my phone and insisting on reading my co workers birthcharts! And you know? Hello! While I personally tinker with more than one house system, if you're using whole sign houses, you are cancer rising and should go by that, while using that particular lens. You can absolutely see how the Leo rising forecast sounds and watch over the next year to see which fits better. Depending on how accurate your birth time is (clocks on the hospital wall can theoretically be wrong), if there is a reason to question it, then definitely compare the two rising signs!
