Since Jupiter has turned retrograde on your 2nd house, which is associated with finances and related decision making. 2nd house is 11th from 4th house. So taking any decision related to sell or purchase of house can lead to delays or repetition of the action. This is more important because of retrograde Saturn will impact 4th house by virtue of it's retrograde aspects from previous sign, which shows delays. Thirdly, Mars will get debilitated on your 4th house. 4th house signifies house, vehicles, properties. There are similar explanations for 6th house also. Loans and debts are seen from 6th house.
