You can see the care and patience that went into the creation of this video, especially when Sean is painstakingly matching the movement speed of the capture camera to that of the tour vehicles. Complimenting the clips with the tour audio inserts, together with the occasional static or environmental b-roll scenes are the proverbial cherry on the cake!

It's the capture cam which is accessible from the pause menu. It takes a little while to get used to it but you can do some pretty neat stuff once you get the hang of it

It's definitely capture mode. It took a decent amount of practice to get the results that I do now and there's still room for improvement. Do you play on console or pc?

So I recently got the game for pc too and my best advice would be to get a controller. The analog sticks help out tremendously with smoother movements on console. I wasn't able to replicate anything close using the keyboard and mouse.. Hopefully that helps

Here for example the gates at 3:11

I typically place a fence first and then when you're placing the tour track the gates should spawn when the track intersects the fence. I believe it works the other way around though so the gate will spawn when the fence you're building intersects with the already placed tour track
