"...and these are not dangerous." Well, they're herbivores, but they're still very big and very strong. You wouldn't want to make one mad at you, or to be in its way and get stepped on! (Gorillas only eat plants and insects, but they can be quite dangerous to handlers because they don't know their own strength and assume you're as robust as they are.)

They can be but the Predators still eat them if they get a chance. Herbivores can evolve aggressive defenses against predators some its size or horns, scent glands, quills, Tusks or strength in #'s etc. But most have only running or hiding as their defense. A Deer can be dangerous to humans although it may not be to the predators that hunt them.

Being that there was gas in the water due to the boats spilling it when the spino overturned it. So when the flare was shot it ignited the gas causing fire on the water.

The director of this film, Joe Johnston, was art director and did visual effects on the original Star Wars trilogy, and designed some of the sagas most famous things, like Han Solo’s ship, the Millennium Falcon, and bounty hunter Boba Fett’s costume. He later directed movies like The Rocketeer, Honey I Shrunk The Kids, and Captain America: The First Avenger.

"Alan!" lol Oh man, not the strongest of the sequels but kinda fun. I remember a few fans of T-Rex criticizing the film because they thought a T-Rex would beat the Spinosauraus so when that Rex got its neck snapped in half, some people didnt take it too seriously, but the die-hards were like "NOOOOOOOOOO, not my Rexy!" They actually thought it was the same T-Rex from the first movie (nope, that opne is still on Isla Nublar, not Isla Sorna's Site B)! To me it was kinda hilarious, hating a movie where your fave dinosaur is eaten, beaten, whatever. It's movie about alpha predators, so obviously the Spinosaurus won, it was bigger and stronger than the T-Rex. It's like getting offended that the two raptors who took on Rexy in the first movie died by its jaws, lol!

It's more so the fact that a Spino was nowhere near as powerful as a T-Rex. However, they retconned it awhile ago where the Spino was modified and was the precursor to the Indomiunus.

I'm still waiting onin the Baryonyx which is a match for the spinosaur at 25-33 feet long and 8 1/2 feet tall and long arms he could fight any carnivore and easily win. Also waiting on the carnotaur another one of my favorite dinos.

Exactly. The Bull T-rex had no chance on that fight. The Spino was genetically modified by InGen to be this killing machine.

You can imagine when a Brachiosaur or similar died in the wild, scavengers of all sizes had food for a month. I liked this movie better than the second JP but all three are decent. The first one is Spielberg epic. You're reactions are fun! For a recommendation I'd say The Color Purple, or maybe Star Trek The Motion Picture from 1979.

The difference between a real spinosaurus and ingen spinosaurus is the ingen spinosaurus is a man eater and can kill a T. rex and other dinosaurs while a modern spinosaurus only eats fish and that’s why I put the spinosaurus as the second most dangerous dinosaurs to humans in the Jurassic movies

Spinosaurus is related to Crocodillians & it also can swim in the water. They are over 60-70 feet long and a T-Rex can reach only 45 feet long so they are bigger but I think Tyrannosaurus could of lasted longer than in the fight in the movie or had Spinosaurus move away to find easier prey at risk of injury bc they were opportunist more than fighters.

Wrong. The Spinosaurus was approximately 50 feet in length and weighed between 7-8 tons. The largest known theropod is Scotty the T. Rex. Scotty is 42 feet in length and weighed an estimated 10 tons. The Spinosaurus is the longest theropod, but T. Rex is once again considered to be the largest theropod. There is also a short video called Jack Horner on the Spinosaurus. The guy that started the whole T. Rex vs Spinosaurus debate puts an end to it, once and for all.

1:16 - Nah, they evolved into birds so they weren't that smart after all. Also they didn't have physical characteristics that could lead them to the same level as primates (like hands made to handle complex tools, mouths shaped so that they could develop languages, etc). 1:21 - Also this is not possible to be deduced from archeological evidence. That little that is known about primitive people comes from actual drawings but for ancient animals it's not possible to deduce the behaviour from bones.

Although this film is my least favorite of this franchise, it's better than many other movies I've seen before (or since). In my opinion, it's at least in the top 20 best films I've ever seen (possibly, in the top 15 even). Although I don't like the new designs of the dinosaurs in this movie, I give props for several scenes. My favorite scene is definitely when the Raptors show up at the end to get their stolen eggs back, although I like the earlier Raptor scenes, too.

Jp 3 is the worst *film* of the trilogy but very much not the worst *movie* and my gosh I love it. It is so unabashedly here to give the people what they want and not let things like "making sense" get in its way. I say this with the greatest possible fondness I love this stupid movie which said "sure theres no canonical reason for there to be a spino in there but THROW ONE IN ANYWAY" and skipped almost directly to the dinos eating people phase of the movie without any honeymoon period first. Jp 3 is here to give the people what they want and I love it so dearly for that. It doesnt top the original or anything, but it's def my second favorite XD

Actually Alexander the great had a dinosaur, and they existed until the great flood. Otherwise they wouldn't find dinosaur bones that are sticky inside or intact Wooley Mammoth... Pelicans, Alligator, and other sea creatures are "prehistoric"

People didn't believe that birds can be as intelligent as primates and dolphins because birds brains are smaller and different structure, until they actually studied birds like crows and parrots, where is proven that they can be really intelligent.
