Some of the notes are clashing causing the pitch to vibrate. Mostly the chords. Try taking the chords down by one in the scale. That should fix that problem.

Teda Nuon If you are having trouble progressing past the 1:00 mark of the video, just remember that the song loops for a second time before progressing to new notes. Play a few notes at time. Say just three at a time on loop till it becomes muscle memory. I found that is the easiest way for me to learn. Break it in pieces instead of doing it all at once.
