These bugs are really annoying me to the point I no longer want to play and I’m a veteran player. In the tournament I lost many battles due to not being able to swap out. Or gave my opponent the opportunity to heal.

Yes, they are very frustrating for sure. But they will most likely fix them soon, so we just have to wait for that and probably get incs from brawl instead, although for some that's also not very easy with the lack of proper matchmaking.
