It really depends on what you are working on. The two Legendary make great Apex. (Rebel will most likely eventually as well). For the Unique- I'd personally go with Skorpiostegotops. It's a good unique & makes a meta Apex.

Probably rebel. Just look at what happened with rexy and blethea. Those two are very good in specific matchups meanwhile both spinocinos are good all rounders
