@@Miguel-Red Well... They choked to death more likely before the lava got to them because the most dangerous aspect of a volcano isn't the lava but the pyroclastic flows. That's what we saw with Jurassic Park's Brachiosaurus. It wasn't lava that killed her, but the gases.

Yet, even after all of that the fact that this is still more enjoyable than Dominion really says something about what happened to this series.

@@christopherwellman2364 I do as well, but these aren’t really dinosaurs in both the story (they are genetically engineered theme park attractions) and in behavior (they are hyper aggressive and are able to completely spread across the planet in 5 years from only 40 individuals). If it was a different series it’d be one thing, but seeing what is supposed to be a grounded and engaging story that also had great dinosaur scenes devolve into… this… it’s just painful and kind of sad to see the death of a good franchise. I only hope the inevitable sequels (because it’s clear they only care about cash seeing as how the movies barley even try) are handled by people that actually care.

I think the franchise really started to decline starting as far back as Jurassic Park 3 but even then it still felt like a Jurassic Park movie. The "World" series just goes to far off the rails for me. Between scenes like this and pretty much the entirety of Dominion I couldn't decide if I was supposed to be watching a Jurassic film or a Mission Impossible with dinosaurs film. It became to goofy and they kept testing the audience's ability to suspend belief and unfortunately they hit my limit a long time ago.

"Un Boomer qui ne comprend pas le cinema d'auteur" Ce film raconte comment des gens qui font des choses stupides pour sauver des Dinosaures comprennent qu'il fallait les laisser mourrir. Le film est le plus beau FX de la franchise et c'est surment la suite la plus honorable et la plus mature malgré son inperfection de scénario car un vrai réalisateur à mis sa patte dessus Transformant une idée moisie en un vrai bon film sur les Dinosaures.
