My argument for the dinosaurs dying off being stupid is that in Dominion, Chaos Theory, and The DinoTracker it’s shown and said that the dinosaurs were thriving on the mainland, so it doesn’t make sense they would just suddenly begin to die off.

My theory is that it’s not sudden. It’s because of the disease plauging humans. I believe it originated from the dinosaurs and has now mutated to be deadly to them.

6:43 Even though Grant says this, Spino is the largest in the franchise. Grant had never seen its adult form when it was larger than the giga. And it is Canonically larger than Giga. Also canon Rexes is only 9 tons. They could just say some new larger Rexes have been cloned in the past few years but for canon consistency I hope they don’t change the Rex design much.

I hope they do, i want an accurate 11 metric ton male villain T-Rex, we have never seen that since the Lost world, the accurate T-Rex is better in every way except for speed

Yeah I'm excited. And just bcuz most of the dinos are dying off in non tropical climates doesn't mean some aren't surviving. Shit...they could say well over here this one pack of creatures is surviving and this one adapted to here blah blah depending on what story they want to tell. They are calling in Jurassic World still bcuz dinos are still out in the world. Why everyone gotta wig out 😂

your reason for a "scientific perspective" for dinosaurs dying out just isnt where it is, because when did the jurassic franchise lean towards a "scientific perspective" when it has always been fictional. they're mutated, hybrid dinosaurs

Jurassic park was always meant to be scientifically accurate, the dinosaurs shown in that movie were 100% accurate back then and they didn't call them hybrids in the first trilogy, also dominion went more scientifically accurate for the dinosaurs (except pyroraptor), don't tell me you like "turn your brain off" movies instead of science and education which the first movie tried to do, this is not planet of the apes where the dinosaurs take over the planet, humans would hunt them either defensively or just for sport, diseases from birds and reptiles and the climate would not let them thrive, if you want complete fantasy watch something else
