I totally understand why Klopp wants to take some time off now. We can see how grizzled he has become since he was appointed, the lines on his face, the graying of his beard... Nine years at Liverpool have seemingly aged him at least twenty years. Kudos to him for making the wise decision and calling it quits while he's still ahead.

I loved the format of MNF when the presenter and pundits wore smart clothing and sat at a desk: it made MNF feel more unique and added some GRAVITAS to the show. Now, with the casual clothing and sofas, it has lost that unique quality and just feels like it's in the grasp of some average showrunner with a background in mediocre marketing campaigns, with no respect to the traditions of the show.
