This is my official Jurgs cup build.
I’m going all out, as crazy as I can
Top, headstock plate and back is some sort of burl, the body is flooded gum and it is heavily chambered
The neck is a mixture of merbau and some wood that smells like boiled tripe when it’s sanded. There are some blackbean,maple and some other veneer as well
The electronics will be crazy as well

Great stuff mate. Really like that truss rod jig. Might make me one of them. I think I’ll try carbon fibre on my next neck.

Ahh the never ending battle with sand paper.. You make a cut you sand. You carve a shape you sand.. you do a finish you sand... you look at it funny...yup you sand.. Happy Holidays mate. Best wishes to you and your family for a happy and safe holiday season and a great new year!.
