Gotta say! I love how goofy this is. Juri being more of a prankster than a villain like Bison is really fun to watch! The animation is superb, with the little details like a pause to build anticipation and the timing makes it all feel so fun to watch. That grin she has after thinking of a plan is just plain mischievous! I laughed at that so hard! It’s super cartoonishly evil and I love it!
