Kids get 100 a day while person running the line gets thousands. Line holders can stage a robbery on the kid and force him to work off the debt. You will see missing children posts in London quite often but 9/10 they got sent OT. Feds only properly clocked onto it in the past 5 or 10 years, and now different police forces work together to tackle it and have special teams/departments for it. People blame drill for making it bait, idk about that, people were rapping about it in the early 2000s. Rappers are usually saying County lines, not Country, England is split up into Counties (similar to US states although much smaller and less of them of course), moving drugs to sell over a County line becomes a more serious offence than just selling drugs.
