[Jurong E. Wkend Pk-Hr Plat Svc] SMRT C151A 503/504 from NS3 Bukit Gombak to NS1/EW24 Jurong E. [A]

There are two main platform that the North-South Line (NSL) train uses at Jurong East. The main operational platform in service during both Peak and Off-Peak hours is Platform D/E, while Platform A acts as a relief for D/E during Peak Hours for trains to turn back.
This is one of the uncommon exception cases where all NSL trains utilise the Peak Hour only operational platform at Jurong East, mostly caused by a fault over at Platform D/E. To avoid having minimal delays, all trains were rerouted to Platform A. Not a common sight to see that NSL trains end at Jurong East Platform A and continue service afterwards during weekends.
