I love these videos where u let the girls give their opinion and state their feelings. I feel like a lot of us (former athletes or not) comment bc we THINK the girls are feeling down or however. But it’s good to hear their true feelings so we as viewers can see. I just remember I hated going thru practices of yelling and fussing everyday, but I also never quit, and would return every season regardless. We all have opinions but at the end of the day it’s still THEIR team. The coaches are going to run their team how they please, regardless of our feelings.

I love the way that the coaches coach, it’s called tough love. They’re giving their cheerleaders tough love to get them ready for the world because there are people in this world that are very cold hearted and don’t care how they make you feel. It might make some of the viewers feel like they are being rude but remember, that is their team, their cheerleaders, and their rules.

i honestly wish my coacu yelled as much as yall . we need more discipline on my team , bc attitudes , slacking off , an halfassing . i try my best to keep pushing most of the time bit there are just some people who just do it for the uniform . so tbh i wish we were punished everytime we did something wrong and my coaches were harder , and yelled and we need longer practices

I will say this... I've been watching since season 1 and everyone has grown and improved (walks, stumps, rythm, tumbles and shouts/voices👏🏽)...that's a good thing!...I say all the time this generation is diff(everything is so avail ,(cells)and easy, nobody earns through mowing lawns,looking through encyclopedias, testing without calculators or babysitting🙄)...as a past athlete I understand "coaching"-the passion, the yelling, the work--this was of course b4 cells and tick tocs--we played, heck we practised outside in all weather and then had to ride bikes home or pile into a coaches car (the smallest in laps)😆...so coaches sometimes coach it's a freaking athletic team for God's sake...I will say it's easy to recognize whose practicing and adapting at practice but also its easy to see who gets talked to and who gets yelled at the most (bigger personality, more camera time)🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️also I love the idea of diff age grps and levels because people learn differently and have diff personalities (more reserved)--I know for example if I'm "yelled at or pointed out" I shut down with the fakest smile/grimace on my face🤦🏽‍♀️, so then "learning" is a no go no matter how much more u yell at me or make me run😉🤷🏽‍♀️...I also want to say I watch a lot of teams, and JCE has some of the most well behaved young ladies without attitudes--thats on u coaches, I like how coaches are diff and handle situations diff--some soft, some hard, some medically, some with humor, and some with concern("no more extra jiggle in ur wiggle😆)--I love how yall expect the best from your girls and visit them with treats during covid...and track dms etc... I love how in the beginning they couldn't even do a forward roll, but look at them now back flipping all over the place👏🏽😆keep doing what ur doing JCE, everybody from girls, to production, to coaches--there are very little teams of color in the cheer world keep it up!👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽🥰🥰😷😷

I'm sorry but I have to say this the people in the comments calling the coaches bullies and saying the coaches are being mean to the girls have never probably in there entire life been on a actual team a athletic team they don't understand what the coaches are doing and what they are pushing these girls up for in their future this not being mean it's not bullying its tough and loved showing them how much you want to improve pushing them cuz they know they can improve stop calling these coaches bullies for wanting their girls to improve and do better for their self in the present and the future

I just want them to continue to push. All y’all have the potential to be amazing but I don’t know what hold some of y’all back. You are your individual self. If you want this you have to give a 100 every time. How you practice is how you perform. Get into yea you may mess up but keep going and give it your all EVERY SINGLE DAY even when you not a practice. You think people become doctors by not taking the material home and practicing it? You got to work for what you want.

Hey coach T I love the way you coach these girls but this is discipline for these girls but in the real world people is not going to hand things to you, you have to work hard to get things you want in life, however the coaches yell because the coaches are frustrated because the girls in not giving there 100% in cheer and I feel like these girls needs to evaluate within there inner selfs and figure out what is wrong and why y’all not being on one Accord. I supported y’all since day 1 and forever will support y’all.

I would just stop addressing the yelling and the bully comments at this point because the only people who truly matter are the girls and their parents, and as the girls said before all of their parents have no issues….AND they keep going back. There are difference coaching styles and if this isn’t for you just be thankful they aren’t your coach and keep it moving! Every athlete has been yelled at some point in there athletic career 🙄🙄. I’m really hopeful that one day soon we see JCEA in their own building!

Ok so when you think about a lot of stuff that goes on you understand they have put in the time teaching these girls the cheers only for them to not go home and practice. As a viewer you can see who has and who hasn't. Anyone in a teaching mode feels like someone else doesn't value your time when they don't take the time to practice what you've taught them and not only the coaches but also the seniors are constantly showing some of the same ones the same moves over and over and they are or were not getting it. So you can't be mad at the coaches for being frustrated.
