They manipulate and BULLY those babies. Intimidating them and threatening them! Why are they doing that to them? That momma and daughter are HORRIBLE! Coach Rob is the ONLY coach who should be able to coach those babies. I’m watching now to protect these babies. If I were their mother, they wouldn’t have liked me and they wouldn’t be coaching! She cursed at that baby because she was unsure where to go. Now the children are being nasty to each other. They’re scared.

Coach T’s whole lil speech was unnecessary. Does she really expect these kids to say how they feel, TO HER or any of the other coaches? These are children. They will say how they feel to their parents and the parent will communicate with the ADULT coach about it 🙄. I swear, they lead with their egos sometimes. Also, are they really commenting out in the open on what these kids wrote? This is so childish. In all my years of competitive sports, I’ve never seen anything like it. @Terry Hall jrIn addition to the fact that I agree with you, I also know that I cannot fully agree with you, despite the fact that her cheer sister (Destiny) was twice as wrong regarding giving London corrections as they stated they were regarding doing so. However, at the end of the day, she would still be able to call her cheer sister for help. Her arms kept dropping, and Destiny wasn't squatting. 2 wrongs don't make a right. Ur supposed to motivate but at the same time help your sisters, not tear them down with criticism. There is no question that a motivational approach differs from a criticism-based approach in that the focus is on motivation rather than criticism.

If most of y'all watched "Bring it" the show. DD4L. Then you would know that Coach Dianna stayed cursing, fussing, yelling, and going crazy over her girls. Many parents didn't like the way Dianna was doing towards the girls. Many times some of them left and guess what? Came right back! I'm not trying to compare them but look how them girls turned out. Many of them on majorette teams, owning businesses, and much more. At the end of the day, it's all love. If these girls couldn't handle their coaching, then they wouldn't be there. Simple as that. This cheer team is a family. But one thing I will say, even though they are a family, they get these girls in order! They may play and have fun but baby when playtime is over, its game time. 💯❤

the way this woman coaches these children hurts my own feelings. it feels like she gets joy out of punishing these kids, and for reasons like NOT smiling... don't single them out and make them feel awful in front of their teammates, that just degrades and embarrasses them, rather than making positive progress. Instead, tell them what they can improve on, don't punish them, but let them do conditioning as a TEAM to better themselves TOGETHER!.

Some of these people aren't worth responding too. I'm starting to think maybe some videos shouldn't be shown even though Coach Tya could care less. The name speaks for itself "Hell Week". They're separating the weak from the strong the ones who really want to participate and the ones who don't. If that's the case everyone would be accepted they would look horrible and then they would be complaining about that.

It isn't tough love though. They laugh in their faces, call them out, belittle them, and are just flat out awful to these girls. Tough love is breaking them down (in a positive, constructive manner) and then BUILDING THEM BACK UP, which does NOT happen with these bitches. Coach Rob is the ONLY coach here who does it right. I cheered for several years, and my daughter currently cheers, and I can assure you that our coaches have never stooped to the gross levels of these petty, demeaning ass coaches, and my daughter's coaches have never and would never. And we have one of the best cheer programs in our tri-state area. There's a reason for that.

If they are doing them wrong so bad the parents can always pull them out and put them on another team that is willing to baby them and make sure their child is not being "belittled". It is not this intense all the time. What you are watching is called their hell week. It is not for the faint of heart but if you don't like how they do the girls you can always stop watching. Coach Rob doesn't play the radio with them either, just in case you missed any episodes. It's a sport, these girls are athletes and people do not get babied in sports. It's not for everyone.

Let me start by saying to some folks in the comments whom not feeling the coaches energy with these girls. If you have not cheered, stepped, nor was in the band you cannot tell me that this is bullying because it's not. To me if you join a team and half do things as these girls were and not get it right it becomes a problem. If these young ladies parents have not said anything about the way the coach staff spoken to their children guess what the coach staff is doing a good job. Had you watched coach T channel you can hear what Peyton said all the yelling cussing screaming and hollering made her stronger and I believe her. You may feel like their bullying these girls not at all. If they felt that way they would have left a long time ago. I would give them their flowers because they deserve it. When you watch each video you can see the laziness period. I'd give a trophy to coach brother Rob for excellent work.

I don’t care what noone says,these coaches done cheered on great high school teams and went off to cheer for elite cheer teams(Winston,NCAT,etc) so they know what it takes to be a great cheerleader! You can’t get mad at the coaches for getting tired of repeating the SAME SHIT for 4 weeks now. If these girls were on a job most of them would be fired before the first week was even over because they can’t follow directions or take constructive criticism.
