An 83 year old woman is dead and all your brain could come up with is, foul play. You were brought up to believe a stool descended from heaven so you people think life is a fairytale where anyone can make up stories.

What kind of foul play?

@nanakwasikwabiah1270 your comment will be deleted like mine was. How can Ghana move on as one country when you have people who are bent on dividing us on trivialties? An 83 year old woman can no longer die without someone calling it foul play.

The speaker violated the principle of separation of powers for governance of nation. The executive is the final political authority of any regime. The President is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and the Security Forces. The Legislature is the house to make laws to regulate governance. Judicially is the institution to interpret laws and settle conflicts.. The Supreme Court, the apex court of the judiciary, has the power to interpret the constitution the most authoritative laws of the land. Alan Bagbin usurped the powers of the Judiciary. He dismissed 4 MPs to declare their seats vacant without any directives of the High Court who alone has that jurisdiction. His action violated the process provided by the constitution. His decisions also violated the laws prescribed by the constitution. He attributed to himself and the parliament the powers of the judiciary. He violated the principle of the separation of powers. He made himself the arbitrator of his own litigation. The majority is in ligation with the speaker and minority over the constitution. The Supreme Court is the right arbitrator.

Do your worst. If indeed the executive has the final say, do u think an old tyrant like Akufo Addo, will allow this to happen? Stop your foolishness, cos your ignorance is now a public embarrassment..
