irene is genuinely so adorable and amazing and it infuriates me when people make her out to just be a “cold hot person that hates men” like sorry for ranting but there is so much more to her than her opinion on the male species and her visuals. She’s one of the cutest in red velvet and 3rd gen as a whole but no one appreciates her for more than being the original visual ;( I’m glad this series is showing us more of her after a long time !!! The misandry is 'an inside joke' from what others told me. It strikes me as absurd to try and say that our gentle, kind, compassionate and caring Eyereen could hate *anyone*. Be annoyed with, not trust, not to want to be around, all perfectly normal and very human things. But, hate? IRENE? Never. You are right that she is so much more than her face. I watched the whole 25min video. She is bright, lively, funny, clumsy, easily frustrated, and very very human. This was the perfect video to 'reintroduce' her.
