his death was probably the saddest because not only did he go out by no friends by his side. He went out in every way that he despised. His death wasn't big, his death wasn't extreme, one could even go and say that it was bland. The kid was smacked by a potato for crying out loud. The worse part about it is that he was betrayed by almost everyone leading up to his death. He was betrayed by the person who set off the tnt, sam, he was even betrayed by dream (he thought that dream wouldn't kill him). He even betrayed himself. If Tommy didn't antagonize Dream, dream would not have killed him. Everything about Tommy's death was sad besides for his death really.

Everyone else went out in a bang. Wilbur died poetically, Schlatt impactfully, but Tommy? He died a helpless, degrading, brutal death. He was killed by blunt force trauma, and to top it all off with no one by his side. No Tubbo, no parental figures, no friends, no one. No one by his side, he died scared, alone, and helpless.

I already miss Tommy, yes he was annoying sometimes but he was one of my favorite people to watch. I know many people like to say he isn’t, but I really think he was the protagonist. almost cried during that and I probably should have. I haven't watched very much of the smp after since... 1. I'm in shock since tommy was my favourite and the youngest member of the smp 2. it was just depressing because he was shouting to be let out but nobody came for him 3. he died not by a sword, not heroically, but by dreams fist, stuck in a prison cell with no escape except death. I know a lot of people probably wrote this but it just feels wrong for tommy to die like that.

This song just makes my heart cry out in pain... This represent's Sam's view on Tommy's death perfectly, no matter what Ranboo says (he's been blaming Sam for Tommy's death), Sam cared about Tommy, and didn't want him to die. He was trying to find the security threat still, and maybe he was going to let Tommy out of the cell on March 1st, but now, Sam can't let Tommy out, because he's gone. Sam regrets leaving Tommy alone with Dream, and this song represents that regret perfectly. Nice work Alioof

I do believe Sam is partially at fault, but he's bearing the blame for it so I'm not too upset with him. His biggest crime, not letting him out after a week, was purely for plot anyways since they had to reschedule after Dream slept in

Tommy may be the most exhausting and annoying and reckless person, sorry, child on the server, but he was a fricking kid, he's made a hell of mistakes, hes hurt so many people, but that wasn't his intention, he just wanted his disks and to have fun as at least the majority of teenagers do. he should have seen it coming though, you Don't annoy the hell out of someone as deranged and phycopathic as dream, who's unpredictable and dangerous as dream when your trapped with him and your helpless, you just can't do that and expect this madman to simply restrain himself. I know he's revived and all but Sam, Tommy, Dream, and Puffy's acting were all just so emotional and so realistic. Plus Wilbur having control over Pandora's Vault makes it all so much more intense and just interesting it feels like we have an actual plot/ story going. I love Ranboo and the others but Wilbur, Tommy, and Dream's characters just had that story plot going there was plot there was story and it just all blended well! The story of Theseus being mixed with Icarus and Achilles and Mmm! Sorry there are a LOT of good actors on the dream smp so many people just mmm- This made me cry 😅

I feel that people don't properly see tommy as what he is. Tommy is a child, not a traitor, not a hero, but a child being manipulated by a phcyo. He may have caused of been involved with nearly every conflict but when you step back, all his misdeeds (blaming techno for killing tubbo at red festival despite techno pointing out tubbo was going to be killed anyways, and there were more than 20 people, they would get his gear, etc. And the exile thinking tubbo should sacrifice an entire nation for his discs, betraying techno) these can all be explained by children normally having a large ego. It's normal for children to think the world revolves around them, so when it was more than just "us and the discs" , but an entire nation at stake during the start of exile he could not wrap his mind around it because that is not something that children should ever have to deal with. The betraying techno is because he had to choose between his savior or former friend and county when that choice is not something a child can make, so he fabricated a story were techno didn't defend him, were techno didn't say discs are secondary, etc. Because children just aren't built to make decisions like that. He is a child. I don't mean that as an insult, but he is a child in a situation no child should have to deal with.
