Not crazy oversized just the right amount. It was lovely and would be a good investment piece. Much better fabric than a lot of the high street

these cape tops with attached scarf is what south asian and Indians where with their outfits, A scarf is worn for modesty by muslims and South Asians. I see this trend now with evening dresses with attached loose drape for a scarf, or on capes and coats.
