Cola Bread Recipe:
400 grams of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
8 grams of dry yeast.
200ml Coca-Cola.
25 ml sunflower oil.
1 egg.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.

The only reason I can see for the coke is flavour. Any liquid would do for moisture. Still with that much Coke it would be a sweet bread as Coke is 40+% sugar.

Sorry, aber wieso sollten wir unseren Kindern auch noch Coca Cola ins Brot backen??? Ich denke nicht, dass sie es lieben werden, das eigene Grundwasser abgepumpt zu bekommen, damit sie es danach in Plastikflaschen zurück kaufen dürfen.
