Slasher is self sufficient but probably not the best for solo. The meta is about DPS ranged weapons instead of melee.

Solo without bots you'd need GS. Solo with bots you can do GS, HR, or Ext. If you want to cheese some maps you can do Medic or VG. But knowing the cheese mechanics and the maps it can be done is required.
