Look up guitar set ups in your area, your fretting hand technique looks good, but I’d guess the instrument needs adjustment or intonation so that your 12th fret stays at the same in tune pitch as the open string, can always look up how to do it yourself, but as a guitar teacher, I’d recommend reading a lot about it before you attempt, also keep the strumming wrist loose, or you’ll get carpal tunnel. Great work
