I adore this song. I sing it to my Preschool class almost every day. They know all the words now and often sing it to themselves as they go about their days. When I get to the parts with the word "you" in it, I will point at different children and they smile and giggle, and watch me intently to see if they will be the special "you" this time. We also do actions. Thank you for writing and sharing it! It's such a beautiful message, and the songs these children learn now will be the songs they have written on their hearts their whole lives. I can't think of a better one for them to know by heart as they grow up, and have their own children and grandchildren to sing it to.
