Yeah the old - Old enough to know better…Young enough to still do it. -I know a bit about it but mate, that sounds incredibly painful. Your looking well, even a bit tanned. Sorry to hear you had to go through all that. I know it’s still up hill but you’re an enthusiastic bloke. OK, first off, great to see you back on a bike that soon after an operation like you've just undergone. Secondly,,,,, from what I could see of the video you were sitting the whole time,,,,general rule of thumb riding an off-road bike, off road is to be seated only when cornering aggressively,,,,,,,,,I'd imagine that you put some pretty excessive jarring through your lower back, Bum (rectum? Damn near killed 'im!!!) that your muscles/spine are, definitely not used to and that would have been a major factor in the ensuing, excruciating, pain. Looks like a farkin fun little bike to ride though.
