Six years after the events of Just Cause 2, Rico Rodriguez returns to his homeland of Medici, a fictional Mediterranean island under the brutal control of dictator General Sebastiano Di Ravello, who has set his eyes on world domination. Wanting to stop him, Rico goes on a journey to destroy his evil plans.[16]
When he arrives at Medici, he meets up with his childhood friend Mario Frigo and scientist Dimah al-Masri, who are now serving in the rebellion to overthrow Di Ravello. They proceed to liberate Manaea, Medici's former capital, and destroy the Vis Electra power plant, which powers a military base. Furious with the rebellion's success, Di Ravello orders his soldiers to raze the town of Costa del Porto. With Rico's help, the rebellion turn the tide on the military. They also learn that Di Ravello plans to use Bavarium, an explosive and magnetic mineral, as a means to conquer the world.

You need to alternate between parachute and the wingsuit before you crash in the wall to evade damage, and also controlling the bavarium turbo and gain control

@@not_toxic5431 She did, that's why sheldon has to find notes instead of asking Dimah, besides, in the Bavarium Sea Heist her death is undirectly mentioned by Rico in a conversation, and the three dlcs are "sequels" to each other, since Eden Corp. appears in Stingray Area and the tapes explain the origin of the corrupt AI. And lastly, and beware spoilers, the ending of Sea Heist directly connects to JC4 as Gabriela Morale's voice can be heard...

ill give you a thing for both suits Flame decal suit: one of the smaller DLCs for JC3 Bavarium suit (the sky fortress suit) just need to start the sky fortress DLC questline which activates after the quest that actvates fast travel

The wingsuit alone is unlocked early in the base game, the weapons and booster are given to you at the start of the DLC.
