Halloween Thrills isnt the actual artist, Ubisoft does this sometimes. When they make a song they dont credit the singers. A good example is Boss Witch. They say its Skarlett Klaw but the actual person singing the cover is DEVMO.

And then he did last Christmas by Wham! From just dance 2017.
