The main part of the game has 40+ songs. Unlimited (only JD2022) now has about 700+ songs.

They all are different. To get newer songs or content for Unlimited, you have to buy the newest game Just Dance 2022 or wait for 2023 version.

Those songs will never be added to that game. You have to buy Just Dance 2022, if you want to play those dances. Also, target and other places have deals for JD2022 at the moment.
