They would have to re negotiate all contracts for all the music rights. not likely seeing as this isn't selling like they thought it would.

That means just dance can put songs from previous games on Just Dance+, as they already have partial rights to it. They cannot recreate any new footage with the song without renewing the contract, but they can remaster the original dance video and publish it on Just Dance+.

Record labels would never sign an everlasting licensing agreement. LOL its also not for the video... its for the song itself. They don’t. Just Dance games are literally a live action video with a cartoon filter applied over the top. The dancers are real people dancing in front of a green screen, they aren’t computer generated. Super cheap. 2023 is a download code in the box only, no discs or cartridges so saved a ton of money there too.
